Welcome to our consultation page, where you can download, view, or save all the materials we’ve shared to date.

The EGL 3 and EGL 4 stage 1, non-statutory consultation will run for eight weeks, from Tuesday 23 April to Monday 17 June 2024, and is open to anyone with an interest in our proposals. The deadline to provide feedback is 11:59pm on Monday 17 June 2024.

This Stage 1 consultation is designed to introduce our proposals and gain your early feedback. This stage is called a ‘non-statutory’ consultation as it is in addition to the statutory consultation we will carry out later in the process, where we will finalise our proposals and prepare our application for development consent.
