We will accept feedback forms and written comments sent via freepost if they are received by 11:59pm Monday 17 June 2024. 

You can also pick up a paper feedback form from any of the public information events or deposit points listed on this page, or you can request a consultation pack (newsletter, feedback form and freepost envelope) to be sent to you in the post by contacting us on 0800 298 0405 or emailing [email protected].

Consultation events

Throughout the non-statutory consultation, we are holding a series of face-to-face events. 

Our consultation events are being held across the project area. Information about our proposals will be on display and copies of maps and technical documents will be available to view. Members of the project team will be available to talk through our proposals and answer any questions.

You only need to turn up on the day. 

Webinars

We welcome you to attend one of our online webinar sessions, where we will present details of our proposals followed by an open Q&A session.

We are holding location themed webinars and invite you to attend the one most relevant to you. Please view our interactive map or use the map on the reverse of the community newsletter to locate the webinar most suitable for you. You can also look at our Project Background Document for a high-level summary of these locations.

Paper copies of the Project Background Document, Consultation Newsletter and Feedback Form are available to collect, and reference only copies of the Corridor Preliminary Routeing and Siting Study (CPRSS) and Strategic Option Report (SOR) are available to view, at the below locations.
