      You may opt out of any event, for any reason. Incentives adjust based on performance.

      Your earnings are based on your average reduction in electricity use (curtailment) or battery discharge during events when you participate in the Targeted Dispatch, Daily Dispatch, or Daily Dispatch Battery programs. Most customers can typically curtail about 20% of their annual peak load, which you can find on your National Grid electric bill or through your online account.
