Please note, to avoid any misinterpretation, and to ensure we have an accurate record of what we have received, we cannot accept feedback over the phone or verbally at our public information events.

• Paper feedback – you can download and print a copy of the feedback form from this website or write us a letter and post it to us at Freepost WM TO EL (no stamp or further address required). You can also pick up a paper copy of the feedback form from any of the public information events or local information points.
