Rudy Wynter joins GridWise Alliance Board of Directors

New York President Rudy Wynter has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the GridWise Alliance, which champions concepts, policies and investments needed to transform the electricity grid.

“Much needs to be done in the energy sector to advance the clean energy transition, which is why I’m so pleased to join the GirdWise Alliance board of directors,” Wynter said. “For years, GridWise member companies have dedicated themselves to ushering in new clean energy resources and leading the kind of exciting change that will positively impact so many people, companies and industries. Wynter has more than 30 years’ experience at National Grid, heading the development and construction of complex capital projects including large electric transmission networks and energy storage systems.  He brings continued commitment to serve the people across New York State in safe, smart and efficient ways; driving a clean and affordable energy future.
