Project C: Inspiring Change in Buffalo
To enhance safety at the previously unlit Gazebo Park in Buffalo’s Fruit Belt neighborhood, National Grid on Nov. 14 installed a flagpole and two solar-powered lights that will illuminate the park throughout the night.
Buffalo-based PPR Energy Solutions Inc. handled the installation.
National Grid funded the two new poles, flagpole and installation costs through our Project C initiative.
“This is what Project C is all about, inspiring change, from neighborhood beautification to workforce development, for customers and communities for generations to come,” said National Grid Regional Director Ken Kujawa.
