National Grid Is Turning To Local Schools to Find The Energy Changers For Tomorrow
National Grid teams across the New York Capital Region have been visiting elementary, middle and high schools over the past few months to talk about the importance and opportunities in the energy field. With the need for electricity increasing through New York State's ambitious energy goals, National Grid will need more engineers, designers and line workers to build and maintain the system. Our employees have been demonstrating the work to young people across the region to show them how they can make a difference and be a part of the energy system of the future. Here are some of the places we have been this school year!
