National Grid continues Winter Customer Savings Events in Worcester

National Grid is hosting a series of Winter Customer Savings Events across the region ahead of expected energy bill increases this winter. Customers are encouraged to attend to ask questions, sign up for payment programs, schedule energy audits, speak to customer service representatives, and meet with regional assistance program leaders.
Why:
National Grid is committed to helping customers manage their bills, set up budget billing, and connect with regional assistance organizations to offset the increase in energy prices this winter.

National Grid customer service representatives will be joined by utility advocates LIHEAP, Mass Save, and local community assistance program agencies.
