Cross-cutting themes

We've submitted some cross-cutting annexes to support our business plan. These annexes cut across the whole of our business plan, rather than being related to one specific stakeholder priority.

They are designed to help stakeholders understand and locate in one place themes that relate to the whole of our plan. Chapter 5 of our business plan also provides summaries of the key cross-cutting themes in our plan.

What you can find on this page

Our cross-cutting annexes cover:

  • the golden thread from our stakeholder engagement to our final business plan;
  • a glossary of terms we use in our plan;
  • the output delivery incentives (ODIs) in our plan;
  • our consumer value proposition (CVP);
  • the outputs we are committing to in our plan; and
  • the uncertainty mechanisms we are proposing.

You can also see our performance during our current business plan here

We'd really like to hear from you

Although we have submitted our business plan to our regulator (Ofgem), we still want to hear your views - please let us know what you think.
