Air travel

As a transatlantic business, we continue to balance the need for our teams to meet and collaborate with the use of technology to enable virtual meetings and conferences where possible.  
 

We encourage our people to consider whether they need to travel via our internal policies, while recognising there are business necessities that require us to travel. We've reduced air travel emissions by 45% since 2019/20.
