Spreading Comfort and Joy Across Western New York

National Grid has earned a reputation for its giving spirit, lending a helping hand and providing support to those in need. And like so many companies across Western New York, National Grid has been busy this holiday season to spread cheer and make a difference. These elements of community support are part of our Project C initiative. Some examples of how – in recent weeks – we’ve been caring for the communities that we serve:

Nov. 29 - For a ninth year, National Grid crews spread holiday cheer by decorating Kevin Guest House, which provides support and a home for patients and their families.

“Folks who are staying here are dealing with critical medical situations, so they're coming back here after a long day at the hospital, and coming to a house that's decorated and cheerful and has some holiday spirit really helps to brighten their mood and let them know that they're cared about," said National Grid Regional Director Ken Kujawa.
