Following its launch in May this year, Buddug, the Eryri VIP tunnel boring machine (TBM) is making good progress digging the tunnel which will contain the underground electricity cables which will replace the 3km of overhead line and 10 pylons that cross the Dwyryd Estuary within the Eryri National Park.

Last week, the New York State Public Service Commission’s took action to accept National Grid's Long Term Gas Plan and setting a clear path to keep service safe, reliable, and affordable for millions of customers we serve across New York.
