Introducing Wiltshire Search and Rescue 10 Oct 2024 Wiltshire Search and Resue is a local voluntary organisation which locates high-risk and vulnerable missing persons, provides lifesaving medical care and returns people to a place of safety across Wiltshire. The team uses farmers’ fields close to the North Wessex Downs VIP project to carry out essential training exercises. Local arts festival benefits from National Grid community grant award 30 Sep 2024 Devizes Outdoor Celebratory Arts has received £20,000 from National Grid to support its outdoor community arts event. The funding will help young people to develop their own cultural event in Devizes whilst learning all aspects of event management. Highways update: Folly Road reopened after temporary closure 20 Sep 2024 Following a temporary closure, Folly Road has been reopened to the public.
