Supporting the local community
All infrastructure projects can have impacts and benefits both locally and nationally. At National Grid, we believe that communities hosting new electricity transmission infrastructure should share the benefits. That’s why we work closely with local communities and their representatives at every stage, from early planning through to construction and beyond.
To gather views on how best we can support the communities closest to our projects, we have published a Community Fund Survey. You can complete this online survey here.
