We are holding four in-person public information events where we will present information about the project and members of the project team will also be available to answer your questions. The locations and dates of these events are below.
How to provide feedback on our proposals
You can also share your feedback by:

- Posting your written responses (no stamp required) in an envelope addressed to: Freepost EGL 5
- Completing a printed Feedback form and return it using the freepost address. You can collect a paper feedback for at our local information points and public information events or you can request a feedback form to be sent to you in the post.
Please submit your feedback by 11:59pm on Friday 24 July 2026.
All feedback we receive as part of this consultation will be carefully considered. We will do this as we finalise our proposals and prepare our application for development consent.

Virtual exhibition
We are hosting a virtual public information exhibition for the project - you can access this here.
The EGL 5 virtual public information exhibition is set-up like an in-person public information exhibition. You will be able to virtually navigate the room and read the various materials.
Public information events
During the consultation, we are holding four in-person public information events. At these events, we will present information about the proposals and members of the project team will be available to answer your questions. You will also be able to view copies of our maps and technical documents.
