Consultation Events

Our statutory consultation runs from Thursday 28 October to Thursday 9 December 2021.

Have your say on our proposals

We are holding face-to-face events at a number of venues. We are holding face-to-face events at a number of venues. At these events we will have materials setting out our Project design, and members of the Project team will be on hand to answer any questions you may have. We will have a range of materials (also available on our website) for you to view and takeaway from our events. We will also have a full copy of the Preliminary Environmental Information Report (PEIR) to view at these events, although you will not be able to take a copy of this away.

Online Question and answer (Q&A) sessions

To ensure the consultation is inclusive and open to all, we are also holding a series of online question and answer (Q&A) sessions to provide you with the opportunity to learn about our proposals from the Project team and ask them questions.

Each online Q&A session will take place using the free online platform Livestorm. In addition to being accessible via the internet, attendees also have the option to dial in via phone.

Hard copy documents

We encourage you to access our consultation materials online, which can be accessed on our Documents Library. However, if you have limited or no access to the internet you can ask for a printed copy of our materials to be delivered to your home free of charge. Should you want a full copy of our Preliminary Environmental Information Report (PEIR), this can be provided for a cost of £0.35 per page to cover all printing and postage costs.

We will also be displaying our consultation materials, including projects plans, technical documents, our Statement of Community Consultation, consultation leaflets and feedback forms at a number of public locations within our consultation zone. You can find a full list of what documents will be available, as well as where you can review them physically, using the table below.

Copies of our consultation booklet and feedback questionnaire are available to collect from the following information points from Thursday 28 October 2021. It is advised that you ring to check with the venue before visiting to ensure they are open during their stated opening hours.
