Public information events  

A series of drop-in public information events throughout the consultation will provide opportunities to view the proposals and speak to members of our team. The events will include display boards, a fly-through video of the route, technical documentation and large-scale maps to view along with the Project Background Document, maps, and a feedback form to take away.  

Webinars  

We held a series of general overview and location-themed one-hour online webinar sessions where we presented details of our proposals followed by an open question and answer session.

Local information points 

Paper copies of some of the consultation material will be available at a number of locations to ensure public access to the information throughout the consultation. 

Throughout the consultation period, the consultation newsletter and feedback form are available to collect at these information points. Reference copies of the Project Background Document, CPRSS and SOR documents will be available to view.

Local information point opening hours can be subject to change. Please check with the relevant venue for the most up-to-date opening hours before you visit. 
 

'Ask the expert' sessions

You can also book a one-to-one expert session with a member of the project team if you have a particular issue you would like to discuss. These can be held via telephone call back or video conference call.
