Statutory consultation events
Our public consultation, which ran between Thursday 28 October and Thursday 9 December 2021, is now closed to the public. We held four face-to-face events at venues across the Project area. At these events, we displayed information setting out our Project design and had a range of materials for you to view and take away. You can continue to view our materials online. We put in place a range of measures that were in line with the Government health guidance around COVID-19 to ensure our events were safe and accessible to all. We also held a series of online question and answer (Q&A) sessions to provide you with the opportunity to learn about our proposals from the Project team and ask them questions. We started each session with a pre-recorded presentation, which you can view below.

All of our consultation documents and materials can still be viewed online. However, if you have limited or no access to the internet you can ask for a printed copy of our materials to be delivered to your home free of charge. Should you want a full copy of our Preliminary Environmental Information Report (PEIR), this can be provided for a cost of £0.35 per page to cover all printing and postage costs. You can also collect copies of our consultation booklet and feedback questionnaire from the following public information points. It is advised that you ring to check with the venue before visiting to ensure they are open during their stated opening hours.
