Improving your connections experience
The experience we provide our customers is extremely important to us and we are keen to receive your feedback regarding the service you receive. As you progress through key touchpoints in your connection journey, you will be contacted to gather feedback. This is part of the 'Quality of Connections' survey that has been agreed with Ofgem and the other Transmission Owners, to ensure we understand which areas are working well as well as any areas we need to improve.
