Pradheep Kileti has taken his passion for renewables and turned it into an entire department. He spearheaded the creation of the Future of Heat group in Gas Engineering, building it from just one person to a group with its own budget and capital plans for future work. As Director, Future of Heat Engineering, Pradheep leads on innovation, research and development, helping bring sustainable energy plans and ideas to reality. He also guides many technical aspects of National Grid’s renewables efforts on the journey towards net zero.
