Skills and competencies: Anne has over 20 years’ legal experience in the financial services industry, where she has counselled senior executives on a wide range of legal, regulatory and business issues. She currently serves as IBM's Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer. Anne brings to the Board extensive legal expertise across the financial services and consulting sectors. Anne earned a BS from Hampton University and a JD from Columbia University Law School and is an advocate for sponsorship and mentorship of other women in the legal profession.
