Respect is the cornerstone of our inclusion and diversity vision. We are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse culture. We have established goals to continually increase the diversity of our workforce in order to reflect the composition of the communities in which we serve, at all levels of the company as well as to be widely perceived by both internal employees and external stakeholders as a company that values diversity, and as a company of choice, across diverse communities.
In support of these goals, we have updated our attraction and recruitment practices; raised awareness amongst employees of the value of diversity; provided I&D training to managers; and measured the impact in the diversity and feelings of inclusiveness of our overall population. Additionally, we have established five employee networks. These networks provide opportunities for employees to meet with each other, network with senior management, develop career building skills and gain a better understanding of our Company.
