How you shaped our business plan for RIIO-2
Our business plan for the RIIO-2 period (2021-2026) has now been submitted to our regulator, Ofgem.
Over the last few years, we've carried out our most extensive ever engagement exercise to understand your priorities and future requirements.
We involved you through a 3 phase engagement process:
- established your priorities through our engagement exercise
- built the detail of our business plan with you
- checked our plan will deliver what you need.
We want to continue our engagement with you.
A link to our business plan is available below - please let us know what you think.

Our Business Plan - draft determination
Ofgem announced its draft determination of our stakeholder-led business plan on Thursday 9 July 2020. The draft determination is a critical step to ensuring the electricity transmission system continues to deliver what you need today and into the future.
We shared our views about the draft determination with a wide range of stakeholders on Wednesday 22 July 2020. In the webinar we encouraged attendees to take the next step in getting involved with this consultation.
