Lisa Fischer
Lisa Fischer works as a Senior Policy Advisor in E3G’s London office
Her work concentrates on EU energy, infrastructure and climate change policy. She leads E3G’s work on EU energy networks and the transition of the gas sector in the context of decarbonisation. Her experience spans the climate change, transport and renewable energy sectors. Prior to that, Lisa worked as an economic adviser for the UK Department of Energy and Climate Change (now BEIS) on international climate change and the UK Department for Transport in rail franchises and infrastructure.
Lisa holds a MSc in Political Economy of Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies as well as a BA in International Relations from the Technical University of Dresden in Germany.
