Call 105 to report a power cut. Calling 105 is a free-of-charge call from any network.
Do not call your electricity supplier. Electricity suppliers sell consumers energy and are not responsible for the power lines that connect to homes or businesses.
Distribution network operators (DNOs) own and maintain these power lines. When you call 105, you’ll be put through to your DNO.
