Lauren Snoxell works as a Senior Policy Researcher in the Energy Networks & Systems Team at Citizens Advice

Lauren Snoxell is Senior Policy Researcher in the Energy Networks & Systems team at Citizens Advice. Her work concentrates on representing consumers in energy networks issues such as price controls, enhanced engagement, decarbonisation and the future of heat.

Whilst at Citizens Advice she’s led projects on vulnerability, heat networks, energy efficiency and low carbon technologies whilst sitting on government and industry working groups advocating for consumer protections. She is the Domestic Consumer Representative on the gas industry's Uniform Network Code (UNC) panel and also sits on the Steering Committee of Energy UK’s Young Energy Professionals Forum.

She previously worked for the Renewable Energy Association focussing on renewable transport fuels and electric vehicles.
