It is produced pursuant to the System Operator Standard License Condition C11 ("Production of information about the GB transmission system") of the licence to participate in the transmission of electricity granted to NGET pursuant to Section 6 (1) (b) of the Electricity Act 1989 (as amended by the Utilities Act 2000 and the Energy Act 2004).
