We operate within local communities everyday as we go about the business of returning surplus land to beneficial use. Through a specialist communications network all residents and neighbours are kept informed about the project works and a 24-hour telephone line is available to provide information and answer queries.
Over the last two years the company has carried out a series of post-project reviews across the UK to capture feedback on performance. This feedback has resulted in revised working procedures and these reviews will be sustained so we can continue to improve upon the way we operate.
