Policy Metering Exchange Programme

The Gas Meter in your property has been identified as either of an age or type that is coming to the end of it's useful life. To ensure the continued accuracy, it is essential that the meter be exchanged. This will not change your current gas supplier and all agreements between you and your gas supplier remain in place.

This proforma enables you to choose an alternative date for your Gas Meter to be exchanged and should not be used for any other enquiry.

Please note that if you are not available for the whole appointment time then we cannot guarantee that the engineer will be able to utilise any information provided. Allocation of work to the engineers depends on workload volumes that day as our engineers are also responsible for gas emergency visits.

Please also note that access to your property is required to complete this work even if your gas meter is located outside.
