National Grid has a wealth of information available for developers and their professional advisers, as well as for contractors and utilities working on land affected by our equipment.

We do not benefit financially from the development of land beneath or close to our assets, nor are we a statutory consultee in the planning application process.  However, we are committed to working with others to find sustainable, creative and practical ways of reducing the impact of our equipment on new development.
