In conjunction with the new IFA Access Rules coming into force on 1 October 2009, the IFA User Guide/FAQs has been updated and reissued in line with the new CMS environment becoming available today, 29 September 2009.  This document provides an overview of the processes and rules for gaining access to, and use of, the Interconnector.
