Help on completion of Bulletin Board Notices

This document provides help on completion of the Bulletin Board Notice that can be completed by a potential counterparty to indicate their interest in offering or obtaining capacity at the Grain facility.  The document does not offer advice on what can be offered or obtained or what specific details should be entered onto the notice.

Correctly submitted, complete notices will be published on the bulletin board on the next working day following receipt unless the anonymity is selected in which case the necessary discussions with capacity holders will take place as soon as possible and a response made to the counterpaty concerned.

Completion of the Notice

Following selection of a buy or sell form the following entries are required:
 
Notice Type: New / Amend / Delete

HELP – to allow submission, amendment or deletion of notices counterparty would select the appropriate type.  For amendment or deletion the applicable notice reference number would need to be quoted

Notice Reference:

The unique reference number given to a notice when posted to the bulletin board

Element: Berthing Slot / Tank Capacity / Export Deliverability / Bundled

HELP - This is to indicate the attribute at the facility that the buyer/seller is interested in

Company Name:  

HELP – the company name of the buyer/seller pertaining to this request/offer

Date range:
from:  to:

HELP – the period in which the selected element is required, for instance if a bundled unit was required then the range would start with the berthing slot date and end when the export of the regassified LNG would cease

HELP – specific name, e-mail account and telephone number that can be used by the counterpaty to initiate discussions on the notice

Anonimity: Yes/No

HELP – allows counterparties to indicate that the notice should not be publicised on the bulletin board and that an anonymous approach should be made to existing capacity holders on their behalf
