Introduction
The Bulletin Board Notices will be received by Grain LNG and posted to the Bulletin Board on the next business day. The Bulletin Board process allows for the expression of interest to be done publicly or anonymously via the appropriate Bulletin Board Notice. Under an anonymous notice to buy capacity at the facility, Grain would make an approach to parties already holding capacity without revealing who the counterparty is. This approach by Grain, on behalf of a counterparty, would only be an initial approach it will be for the parties to discuss any specific trading details.
Expression Of Interest
The following Use it or lose it (UIOLI) capacity is available: If interested, please either contact us or complete and submit the Expresion of Interest - Buy form
- A berthing slot on the 29th May 2012 with temporary storage space and associated re-gassification capacity is available between 29th May 2012 and the 7th June 2012 inclusive
- A berthing slot on the 2nd June 2012 with temporary storage space and associated re-gassification capacity is available between 2nd June 2012 and the 11th June 2012 inclusive
- A berthing slot on the 3rd June 2012 with temporary storage space and associated re-gassification capacity is available between 3rd June 2012 and the 12th June 2012 inclusive
