This is the Initial Proposals Consultation area, where you can find SO Incentive consultation documents and responses to them.  Consultation Documents, Responses and associated documents from 2007/8 are available via the archive.

On 2 May 2008, National Grid issued the “National Grid (NTS) SO Environmental Incentive” Initial Proposals Consultation document (below), requesting responses by 30 May 2008.  Responses received to the consultation will be published, on conclusion of the consultation period.
