System Operator Incentives - Industry Workshop

National Grid held a Workshop on Tuesday 1st May 2012 which took place at the Transmission Workgroup issues meeting arranged via the Joint Office of Gas Transporters. This covered 'Timely Connections' and 'Potential New Incentives'. Details can be found at http://www.gasgovernance.co.uk/tx/010512.
National Grid also held a further Stakeholder Engagement workshop on Thursday 3rd May 2012 in London covering 'System Operation' and 'Market Facilitation' aspects.
These workshops and the associated consultation provide an opportunity stakeholders to shape the aims and structures of future Gas System Operator incentive schemes for the period April 2013 to March 2021.
Feedback from this Workshop will inform the SO incentives Business Plan which National Grid will submit to Ofgem by 31st May 2012.
