We ensure that all PMC operatives and staff are fully trained and competent to undertake their duties.  This is achieved by utilising external service providers and specialised internal training.

All employees have a full suite of safety and technical competencies (STC’s) that ensure that competence is visibly demonstrated to customers.  We have in place a robust monitoring system for identifying training needs and any gap actions required.
