We are a small dedicated team responsible for the strategic customer relationship. 
We strive to deliver and continually improve the quality and standard of service to customers in line with the National Grid Customer Service Strategy, maintaining customer relations and improving customer satisfaction.

The date for this years emergency exercise has now been set.

Exercise Prelude wil take place on November 5th and 6th.
