Introduction of Virtual Reverse Flow at Moffat Interconnector
National Grid and Gaslink are currently developing arrangements to facilitate the introduction of Virtual Reverse Flow at Moffat.
The purpose of the attached document is to further develop Basic Transporter Virtual Reverse Flow Arrangements in accordance with the request of the Regulators.
While this document has been primarily released for information purposes, the TSOs welcome all significant comments and any other observations.
