Transporters will endeavour to give as much notice as possible for interruption and restoration of interruptible supply points and will always attempt to interrupt fairly amongst the system users. This will not be possible in the case of local capacity constraints. We will use our best knowledge and experience to ensure that interruption is kept to a minimum. They will always be willing to listen to shippers and to discuss any problems in dealing with our request to interrupt.
