Interruption Procedure
- Transporter informs shippers of the need to interrupt
- Shippers/suppliers contact their interruptible customers
- Shippers confirm with Transporter that interruption has taken place
- Transporter informs shippers of restoration
Failure to Interrupt
If following a formal request a consumer fails to interrupt they may be:
- Disconnected
- Face Financial implications
- Be issued with a Safety warning

- Provide shippers/suppliers with correct contact information
