Further to the news items posted on September 5th and 18th, National Grid confirms that both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the new South West feeder pipeline have been commissioned.  National system linepack has therefore increased by approximately 1.16mcm (0.42mcm in Phase 1 and 0.74 in Phase 2), although this figure is wholly dependant on system dynamics.
