Following the conclusion of Ofgem’s Relevant Pint Consultation Process the authority provided a list of points which are to be considered as “relevant points” for the purposes of Article 18 (4) of Gas Regulation (EC) No 715/2009.

From 29th July 2011, the change will be reflected in the Nominations report whereby entry nominations will be published at an individual sub-terminal level.This change will be backdated to November 2010 in the Nominations Report.
