Day Ahead Interruptible (DISEC) Auction for Gas Flow Day 25/10/2007
National Grid NTS are invoking contingency processes for the auction above based on the continuing Gemini system issues.
National Grid NTS will accept bids for a DISEC Entry Capacity auction to be conducted at or around 17:00 hrs on Gas Flow Day 24/10/2007 for Gas Flow Day 25/10/2007. Could all Users wishing to participate in this auction submit the relevant contingency proforma (CO28) to one of the fax numbers detailed below, between 14.30 and 16.15.

Please note that the pro-forma has a different fax number and number of bids (see below) and that the fax number on the pro-forma should not be used.
To facilitate this auction National Grid NTS will only accept up to 3 bids per user per ASEP and will enter the bids on User’s behalf. This will be a sealed pay as bid auction and National Grid NTS will not be able to publish post auction information at this stage.
Based on the information supplied on the contingency pro-forma National Grid NTS will contact the User to inform them of their allocations post 17.00.

National Grid NTS are not proposing to carry out a Day Ahead Firm Auction (DADSEC) but in the event that the Gemini system is unavailable on Gas Flow Day 25/10/2007 National Grid NTS will be endeavouring to hold a WDDSEC auction for that Gas Flow Day. National Grid NTS will keep Users informed of developments in this area.
