National Grid are looking to host a number of workshops over the coming months to Industry parties impacted by the implementation of the Enduring NTS Exit Capacity Arrangements. These will cover both the high level overview of the principles to be introduced and also the detailed processes and procedures that will facilitate these arrangements.
It is recognised that this modification is still subject to an implementation notice being issued by Ofgem following the supplementary consultation held on the adjustments made to the Mod 195AV legal text. National Grid currently intend to host this workshop based on Mod 195AV, but should the situation change in the interim, the details for the workshop will be notified to all affected parties.
The first workshops will be used to provide interested parties with a high level overview of the principles proposed to be introduced as a result of Mod 195AV. The workshop will last approximately 3 hours, and to maximise potential attendance we will be holding 2 workshops on the day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Lunch will not be provided.
