Changes to Market Information System - Go Live 15th November 2009.

From 19:00 on 14th November 2009 to 07:00 on the 15th November 2009, Prevailing View, Data Item Explorer and Report Explorer will be unavailable due to the implementation of Phase 2 of the Market Information Provision Initiative.  From 15th November 2009 data previously published within the IE3 reports, accessed via the Direct Links pages will only be available via the Data Item Explorer and Report Explorer, this includes all historical data published in these reports.
