Important information for domestic customers

For domestic connections UIPs may not be able to provide you with a competitive quotation. This is because, for individual domestic connections (situated within 23 metres of our network), National Grid have Gas Transporter Licence obligations that require us to install up to the first 10 metres of pipe (in land that is dedicated to public use) free of charge.
