When you create your order, select "Domestic New Service" followed by either "New Service To A New Property", if the property is newly built or converted (you must send detailed site plans for your work to proceed) or "New Service To An Existing Property", if the property has existed for some time.

. Ordering a gas meter - you must order your gas meter from who you wish to pay your gas bill to. Your gas service will not be live until this is done,

. Receive help towards the cost - of providing the new gas service or the installation of insulation or central heating

. Consent Form - for you to obtain any required consent from a property owner if the gas pipe or any other part of the installation will cross third party land.

. Scaled site plans - required if you are applying for a new service to a new property (recently built)
