What Quotation Charge will I be required to pay?

Please view our charges page for an indication what Quotation Charge is applicable to your request. You can only apply for a non-refundable Quotation Charge online. Once accepted and paid for National Grid will produce you a quotation.

When you create your order, select "Non-Domestic or Non-Standard New Service" followed by either "Non - Domestic/Std Service New Property" (if the property is newly built or converted) or "Non - Domestic/Std Service Existing Prop" (if the property has existed for some time).

. Application form - If your request is for a band 2 or 3 Quotation Charge, you must also download, complete and submit this form.

. Consent Form - for you to obtain any required consent from a property owner if the gas pipe will cross third party land.

. Consent guide - explains where consent may be required as well as where gas meters may be situated.

. Pre-excavation and ducting - if you have private land and wish to provide the route for the service pipe across it. This may reduce your quotation amount.
