Consent form

It is your responsibility to gain written consent from a third party if it will be necessary to use or gain access to their land when completing any gas works. Where the property is not in your ownership, e.g. rented or in joint ownership such as a maisonette, you must obtain permission from the person or company owning the building before any works can be carried out.

Attached below we have provided a Consent Form for you to use to obtain witten consent, (select Download the article here below). When you have obtained required consent, please send ito National Grid.
