If your property is not appearing on our system this will be because it is either not registered with the Post Office or is in the process of being registered with the Post Office. To check if your property is registered, how it is registered or to register it, please contact the Post Office to register your property.
We recommend you correctly register your property with the Post Office as you may have problems in the future obtaining a gas meter or with your gas bill. In some cases it is also a legal requirement.
Once you have registered your property please contact us and we will temporarily create it for you. This will only take a few minutes and you will then be able to continue to apply using our online service.
